O quiz\u00e1s es al rev\u00e9s: hay momentos en que comes sin hambre, sin placer, casi sin darte cuenta, y luego viene la culpa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Si la comida ocupa m\u00e1s espacio mental del que te gustar\u00eda, probablemente ya sabes que no es solo un tema de alimentaci\u00f3n. Pero quiz\u00e1s no sabes muy bien de qu\u00e9 es.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5394383 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5394383\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">No es falta de voluntad<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bb4489 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7bb4489\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Lo primero que hay que decir es esto: no es que te falte fuerza de voluntad. No es que seas d\u00e9bil ni que no te esfuerces lo suficiente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Cuando la relaci\u00f3n con la comida se vuelve complicada \u2014 ya sea a trav\u00e9s del control, del descontrol, de la culpa o de la obsesi\u00f3n \u2014 casi siempre hay algo m\u00e1s debajo. Algo que tiene mucho m\u00e1s que ver con las emociones que con lo que hay en el plato.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f598e5b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f598e5b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La comida como regulaci\u00f3n emocional<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd09c6a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dd09c6a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Comer es una de las primeras formas que aprendemos de calmarnos. Antes de tener palabras para lo que sent\u00edamos, ya sab\u00edamos que comer aliviaba. Esa conexi\u00f3n entre comida y alivio emocional es profundamente humana.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">El problema no es que exista esa conexi\u00f3n. El problema es cuando se convierte en el \u00fanico recurso disponible para gestionar lo que sentimos. Cuando el hambre que aparece no es f\u00edsica, sino que es ansiedad, soledad, aburrimiento, tristeza o una tensi\u00f3n que no sabe c\u00f3mo nombrarse.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Y entonces la comida hace lo que sabe hacer: calma. Pero solo por un momento. Y despu\u00e9s viene la culpa, que genera m\u00e1s malestar, que vuelve a pedir alivio.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-760dbab elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"760dbab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cu\u00e1ndo merece atenci\u00f3n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1c45e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e1c45e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">No toda relaci\u00f3n complicada con la comida es un trastorno. Hay momentos en la vida en que comemos m\u00e1s de la cuenta, o en que el cuerpo y la comida se vuelven fuente de preocupaci\u00f3n. Eso es parte de la experiencia humana.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Pero hay se\u00f1ales que indican que algo merece ser revisado:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">La comida o el cuerpo ocupan tus pensamientos durante gran parte del d\u00eda<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Sientes que no puedes confiar en tu propio hambre o saciedad<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Hay alimentos que te dan miedo o que evitas con rigidez<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Comes de forma que luego te genera culpa, verg\u00fcenza o malestar<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Tu estado de \u00e1nimo depende en gran medida de lo que has comido o de c\u00f3mo ves tu cuerpo<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Llevas tiempo as\u00ed y no sabes c\u00f3mo salir<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Si algo de esto resuena, no est\u00e1s solo\/a. Y no tienes que haberlo \u00abdiagnosticado\u00bb para merecer ayuda.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6022e3e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6022e3e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Qu\u00e9 hay realmente detr\u00e1s<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c06785 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2c06785\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">La relaci\u00f3n con la comida rara vez es el problema central. Casi siempre es la expresi\u00f3n de algo que no ha encontrado otra forma de salir: una historia de autocr\u00edtica muy arraigada, una dificultad para tolerar ciertas emociones, una necesidad de control cuando todo lo dem\u00e1s se siente incierto, o una manera de castigar o proteger un cuerpo que en alg\u00fan momento no se sinti\u00f3 seguro.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Por eso sanar la relaci\u00f3n con la comida no pasa por comer \u00abmejor\u00bb o tener m\u00e1s disciplina. Pasa por entender qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 expresando ese v\u00ednculo, y encontrar nuevas formas de acompa\u00f1ar lo que sientes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b59922 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b59922\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Para terminar<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56e46ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56e46ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Si llevas tiempo en conflicto con la comida o con tu cuerpo, quiz\u00e1s lo que necesitas no es m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre alimentaci\u00f3n.
