La dificultad para concentrarte porque algo dentro de ti sigue escaneando el entorno. La sensaci\u00f3n de que nunca terminas de relajarte del todo, ni siquiera cuando \u00abtodo est\u00e1 bien\u00bb.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Si te reconoces en algo de esto, puede que lleves tiempo viviendo en un estado que tiene nombre: hipervigilancia.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbb2b08 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cbb2b08\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es exactamente la hipervigilancia?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ecd094 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1ecd094\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">La hipervigilancia es un estado de activaci\u00f3n sostenida del sistema nervioso. Tu cuerpo permanece en alerta constante, buscando se\u00f1ales de peligro incluso cuando no las hay. Es como si tu radar interno no tuviera bot\u00f3n de apagado.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">No es un rasgo de car\u00e1cter. No es que seas \u00abnervioso\/a\u00bb o \u00abdemasiado sensible\u00bb. Es una respuesta aprendida \u2014 y en alg\u00fan momento de tu historia, probablemente fue muy \u00fatil.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2536d29 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2536d29\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">C\u00f3mo se manifiesta en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-727c276 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"727c276\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">La hipervigilancia no siempre se parece a lo que imaginamos. No es necesariamente vivir con miedo o angustia visible. A veces se esconde detr\u00e1s de cosas que normalizamos:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Dificultad para descansar de verdad, aunque est\u00e9s tumbado\/a<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Irritabilidad que aparece sin motivo claro<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Tensi\u00f3n muscular cr\u00f3nica, especialmente en hombros, mand\u00edbula o pecho<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Dificultad para concentrarte: la mente salta de un pensamiento a otro<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Sobresaltos exagerados ante ruidos o movimientos inesperados<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Sensaci\u00f3n de que algo malo va a pasar, aunque no haya raz\u00f3n concreta<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Dificultad para disfrutar el presente \u2014 siempre hay algo que revisar, anticipar, controlar<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Muchas personas que viven as\u00ed lo interpretan como \u00absoy as\u00ed\u00bb o \u00abtengo mucha energ\u00eda nerviosa\u00bb. Lo han normalizado tanto que ni se plantean que podr\u00eda ser diferente.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bde4892 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bde4892\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">De d\u00f3nde viene: la funci\u00f3n que tuvo<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b66a8f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b66a8f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Tu sistema nervioso no est\u00e1 roto. Est\u00e1 haciendo exactamente lo que aprendi\u00f3 a hacer.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">En alg\u00fan momento de tu vida \u2014 puede que en la infancia, puede que despu\u00e9s \u2014 viviste situaciones en las que mantenerte alerta era necesario. Quiz\u00e1s el entorno era impredecible. Quiz\u00e1s hab\u00eda que anticipar el estado de \u00e1nimo de alguien para protegerse. Quiz\u00e1s simplemente nunca hab\u00eda suficiente calma para bajar la guardia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">El sistema nervioso es muy eficiente: aprende r\u00e1pido lo que necesita para sobrevivir. El problema es que no siempre aprende igual de r\u00e1pido que el peligro ya pas\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">As\u00ed que sigue funcionando en modo protecci\u00f3n. En un contexto que ya no lo requiere. Con un coste enorme en energ\u00eda, en descanso, en capacidad de estar presente.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a949f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7a949f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Qu\u00e9 puedes hacer<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9d6414 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e9d6414\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">No existe un interruptor para apagar la hipervigilancia. Pero s\u00ed existe un camino para ense\u00f1arle a tu sistema nervioso que ya est\u00e1s a salvo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Ese camino no pasa por convencerte mentalmente de que \u00abno hay peligro\u00bb. La hipervigilancia no vive en el pensamiento racional \u2014 vive en el cuerpo, en patrones grabados mucho antes de que pudieras razonarlos. Por eso no se resuelve solo con comprensi\u00f3n intelectual.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Lo que s\u00ed ayuda es trabajar desde el cuerpo y desde la historia: entender qu\u00e9 aprendiste y cu\u00e1ndo, y acompa\u00f1ar al sistema nervioso a soltar, poco a poco, lo que ya no necesita cargar.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Eso es precisamente lo que hacemos en terapia.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6633744 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6633744\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Para terminar<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-915e7b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"915e7b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Si llevas mucho tiempo funcionando en alerta, es normal que ya no lo percibas como algo extraordinario. Se convierte en el agua en la que nadas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Pero el cansancio que sientes, esa dificultad para descansar de verdad, esa tensi\u00f3n que no termina de irse \u2014 son se\u00f1ales de que algo en ti lleva demasiado tiempo trabajando en modo supervivencia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">No tienes que seguir as\u00ed.
